Community United for Better Schools (CUBS)
Woodbridge parents can mobilize the community to support our schools.

Distribute Fliers -
Provide fliers at school, sports or community events where many parents will be attending, such as
registration, games, celebratory dinners, conferences, fairs, game nights, etc.  Consider passing out fliers at local businesses,
community centers, etc.  SEE BELOW

Attend meetings.  If you belong to a community, sports or school group attend meetings.  You can obtain information regarding
our schools and the upcoming school election from CUBS, the District or School Board members.  Share this information with
your group.

Recruit a Committee.  Your committee will help get the necessary tasks done to keep your group informed.  We are all
overwhelmed with requests for assistance.  By forming a committee your share the responsibility you limit the demand on your
schedule.

Contact CUBS for Assistance.  CUBS members are always available to help.  We can assist with obtaining data, preparing
fliers or speaking at meetings.

Sample fliers are always available from CUBS.  Links to our current fliers are provided here.  These fliers can be
customized for each school or group.  You may choose to create your own fliers.  If you do this, be sure that your
information is accurate.
